to ensure every unit that comes through our assembly line meets

- Inspection + Unit Tear Down.
- Thorough 1st wash and general parts inspection
- Detailed cleaning process including buffing and sand blasting
all housings and small parts
- Main housing and barrel inspection and honing of cylinders.
- Detailed secondary wash for preparation of the assembly
- Seal surface inspection, all shafts and seal surfaces polished
and restored to OE specification
- Assembly detailed inspection. Replacement of worn internal
parts. Units assembled.
- Full simulated test under load, pressures, flow, control
valve, fluid and air check.
- Final wash and paint applied
