beat this warranty and you shouldn't have to pay extra for it. We want to save
you time and money while getting you back on the road safely.

RemSteerings guarantee is backed by our Lifetime Warranty for all light
duty remanufactured steering products. All medium to heavy duty
applications have an 18 month warranty. If you feel you have received
a defective part, please contact us immediately by phone or email. Our warranty
does not cover labor or any other consequential damages. RemSteering recommends
that our products be installed by a professional auto mechanic. RemSteering assumes no
liability for installation of our products nor assumes responsibility of damage
to the vehicles.For a warranty claim the customer must provide the following
1) Email firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief explanation of
the problem you are having with the part. Be sure to include the date/year you
purchased the part and include all your contact information.
You must follow the proper
instructions to install the part, failure to install steering parts correctly
will result in a voided warranty. If instructions are not available you should
have the work performed by a licensed mechanic. How can we determine if the part
was installed incorrectly? There are many ways some of which: debris within the
steering part (this happening from not flushing the system), stripped ports, and
RemSteering reserves the right to charge customer for the price of
the replacement part until the alleged warranty is returned. Why do we do this? Over the many
years people have claimed warranties but failed to return the "alleged"
defective part back. Requiring a deposit for warranty parts only insures us that
we will get the part back. Defective parts must be shipped back to RemSteering for inspection.
If the product is
defective due to workmanship the customer will get reimbursed for the warranty
charge. RemSteering does not
reimburse for any labor charge or shipping.
This warranty does not cover any expenses
incurred in the removal and / or reinstallation of the auto part. Specifically,
this warranty does not
cover any expenses for TIME, RENTAL, OR OTHER
PARTS not purchased from us, or ANY LABOR. This
warranty covers fixing or replacing the part only. This
warranty is offered only to the original purchaser of the part. This warranty
does not apply, and will be voided, if the auto part sold has been damaged by
abuse, misuse, accident, neglect, or alteration, or if it has been repaired by
anyone other than us. Your warranty will be null and void
if the part fails due to improper installation. If the auto part
sold should prove defective in material or workmanship within the warranty
period, return the auto part to us
THE EXPRESS WARRANTY
SET FORTH ABOVE IS EXCLUSIVE AND NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR ANY KIND, WHETHER
STATUTORY, ORAL, WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL APPLY. THERE ARE NO
WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. THE CONSUMERS
EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY AND OUR ONLY OBLIGATION ARISING OUT OF
OR IN CONNECTION WITH BREACH OF WARRANTY SHALL BE THOSE STATED HEREIN. WE
EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES CAUSED BY
THE AUTO PART SOLD.
