RemSteering is committed to best customer satisfaction possible. Our Remanufactured Products are backed by our manufacturers Limited Lifetime warranty. Anything deemed defective from the remanufacturing process with be replaced that same day of receiving the request. RemSteering does not reimburse for any labor charges for any reason.
All Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Custom orders are not returnable. To receive credit for a return, all returns must be received back within 30 days of the invoice date. A careful inspection of the product will ensure that the product was not installed or any missing parts. Parts must also be in their original packaging.
Reminder: All cores must pass inspection before a refund or exchange is granted.

RemSteerings guarantee is backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty for all light duty remanufactured products. All medium to heavy duty applications have an 18 month warranty. If you feel you have received a defective part, please contact us immediately by phone or email.
Our warranty does not cover labor or any other consequential damages. RemSteering recommends that our products be installed by a professional auto mechanic. RemSteering assumes no liability for improper installation of our products nor assumes responsibility of damage to the vehicles due to improper installation.
For a warranty claim the original purchaser must submit a copy of the original invoice that came with the part. We also ask the customer to provide information of the Auto Repair Shop who attempted to install the product. We ask that you also submit a statement from the ASE mechanic stating the part was defective. Defective parts must be shipped back to RemSteering for inspection. If the part is deemed as defective the customer may either choose to have a replacement or a credit can be given for the part less shipping charges. RemSteering does not reimburse for any labor charges.

Refunds are issued within 3 to 4 days after we receive the rebuildable part, to the same method that was used for the original purchase. Shipping charges incurred by RemSteering are not refundable.

You may cancel an order within 12 hours if the order has not entered into the remanufacturing process. If your order is in process a 15% cancellation fee will apply. Orders that have already been shipped will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and RemSteering will not be responsible for the return shipping. If you refuse the shipment from any of our carriers you will be responsible for the return fee the carrier charges us.
Conditions of Sale
Due to the constant changes in core prices sometimes we are not able to update our website in time of a customers purchase. RemSteering will notify the customer with the change in price of the product before the order is processed. RemSteering makes every effort to continually update prices on the parts.
